They say great things come in small packages and when it comes to e.l.f. cosmetic’s Power Glow Liquid Highlighters, that’s something that just might ring true. As you all know, next to a bomb lippie, highlighters are my all time favorite makeup product to play with. A good highlighter can give you that sexy, subtle “I’ve been on vacation living my best life glow”, on the reg without having to actually jet off to a tropical island to achieve the look.
While I prefer to use powder highlighters more on a day-to-day basis, when I came across these liquid highlighters in-store, I just had to try them out and see how they perform and if they live up to their “power glow” name.
