GlamGlow Flashmud Mask Review

Hello my gorgeous glam babies, I can't believe it's already the middle of March! Time is literally just flying by!

For today's post I wanted to give you guys a quick little review on one of the GlamGlow masks I recently got a chance to try out and test. Masks have been a huge trend lately when it comes to skincare and with so many new ones on the market, I was super excited to try out GlamGlow masks.

I personally tend to do a mask every week and they range from an exfoliant to an eye mask, to a deep cleanser; it depends on what issue I may have at the time. Either way I find that a good face mask is a great little pick me up for your skin especially if you are constantly putting makeup and a bunch of products on. Sometimes I find that when I'm breaking out like crazy or my skin is looking a little dull, a mask usually does the trick and helps give it some life.

Being as how I love face masks, you can imagine my excitement over GlamGlow. If you follow a lot of Beauty Youtubers and gurus I'm pretty sure you heard about the latest mask trend that is GlamGlow. So are the GG masks worth all the hype or is it just another passable trend? Here are my thoughts:

Pros:
๐Ÿ’๐ŸพBrightens and smoothes out skin for a flawless finish
๐Ÿ’๐Ÿพ Lightly and subtly exfoliates skin without causing any damage.
๐Ÿ’๐ŸพWorks well on oily skin
๐Ÿ’๐Ÿพ Doesn't break you out

Cons:
๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿพ Very strong and fragrant  "perfumey" smell
 ๐Ÿ™…๐ŸพPricey

Additional Comments
Overall I would say this mask is alright. While you do see results almost immediately after washing off the mask, I will say that when I was trying it out, I had to wash it off after 5 minutes as opposed to the recommended 20 minutes because the smell was so strong and it was giving me a bit of a headache. A little bit goes a long way with this product, so if you can get past the intense smell then you should have no problems. The mask definitely does do everything that it claims ( softens, brightens and smoothes out skin tone ), but for me personally, I think if you are looking to exfoliate and don't want to pay as much(a 1.7 oz jar retails for $70), the St.Ives Apricot Scrubs can work just as good.

Overall Rating: 3.5/5

So that's my review ladies! Let me know down below if you have tried this GlamGlow mask or any other mask of theirs and which one is your favorite.

Until next time,

๐Ÿ’‹❤️
