Motivation Monday: My Favorite Motivational Apps and Social Media Pages!

Hi Gals and Gents, for today's motivational post instead of posting some of my favorite quotes of the week, I wanted to go a different route this time and give you all a few of my favorite motivational apps and pages/people that I follow on social media that really help boost my spirits and  give me that extra dose of motivation and positive energy throughout the day.

I'm always looking for new POSITIVE people to follow and ways to stay motivated and inspired on the go and these Apps definitely help me out. 

My favorite Positivity/Motivational Apps: 

1. Affirmations: I've been using this app for a few weeks now and I have to say that I really enjoy it. It's perfect if you're just getting into positive thinking and visualization and if your confidence is needing a bit of a pick-me-up.

2. Balanced: I am completely loving this App! I've always been the type of person who strives to live a balanced life as much as I can and this app definitely helps me stay on top of things. What I like so much about this app is you can add activities, new habits or things you'd want or need to live a balanced life for yourself (i.e.meditating, drinking more water, spending time with your family or friends more) and it gives you reminders throughout the week to focus more on those things! You set your own pace and time frame for each activity and it allows you to work on a positive new habit or activity and helps you keep your life balanced! If you want to test it out it gives you the option to add up to five activities for free and if you upgrade or buy the app( I believe the full version is $2.99), then you can add as many activities as you like and get a few more perks.

Positive Thinking: The Key To Happiness: This is another great app if you are looking for daily inspiration and ways to stay motivated throughout the day. With this app, it delivers a new motivational quote or tip straight to your screen every single day. You also have the option to set an alarm for your quote so you get it at a certain time.

Balanced Life: This App is great if you are looking for different quotes or the perfect quote that suits a specific mood or purpose. BL gives you quotes, bible verses and more on a variety of topics from Business to Spiritual things to Relationships. If you get a quote that you are not particularly fond of you can skip it and move onto another. You also have the option to save all your favorites and reference them whenever you want.  

Relax and Sleep Well: After hearing such great things about this app I finally decided to download it and give it a try. While I tend to sleep pretty well for the most part, there are just some nights where I can't get to sleep! So I wanted to give this app a try because I've heard such great things about it.

@Phuckyoquote: If you're on Instagram then I'm sure you've seen or heard of this page. I love that this page keeps it real and simple often posting quotes with a simple black background. 

@Daily_Energy: I just started following DE on Instagram and I have to say I am really loving their positive posts. The affirmations and quotes are super simple to remember and help give me that reminder to stay positive throughout my day. 

@TheGoodQuote: I literally just started to follow this page on Instagram after I saw one of my followers reposted a quote from their page and after reading their bio I knew I had to follow them to get my daily dose of goodness. 

@Yourpocketguru: If you follow me on Twitter( @tiffnista/ @DivasGuide2Life) then you know I follow and am always #rp quotes from YPG. If you are into meditation, positive thinking, creative visualization or new age thinking you'll love this page! 

@Oprah_World: This is another great account on Twitter I find myself constantly retweeting from for motivation. While it's just a fan site of Oprah, I love the inspiring messages from this page.
