Spring is definitely here and with the warmer weather come the open-toe shoes and flip flops, which ultimately mean- PEDICURES.
Spring and Summer are pedicure season and sometimes we don't have the time or money to make it to the nail salon.
Here I give you all the steps to the perfect at-home-pedicure:
~Soak: Fill a small tub with warm water and bath salt and soak feet for ten minutes to soften the cuticles.
~Exfoliate: Directly after soaking, apply a foot scrub to loosen dead skin.
~Clean and File: Clean, clip and file nails to desired length and shape. Apply a pumice stone to the soles of your feet to get rid of any remaining dead or dry skin.
~Moisturize: Massage your feet with a richly hydrating cream. For extra moisture, apply cream before bed and sleep with socks.
~Polish: Apply a base coat to nails before applying the color. Finish off with a clear top coat and voila!
